Method of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. All orders must be prepaid until a credit application is completed and approved by our credit department. Any order of $1500.00 or more must be paid with a check with 5 days of placing the order.

Shipping

Total of order up to $150.00 minimum charge of $10.75 any order of more than $150.00 would 7% of total order.

Production Time

10-12 working days apply after order is received and sales order is approved. If custom die is required for any ribbon order please allow an extra 3 days. Rush Charge will apply to all orders needing less than 10 working days.

  • $50.00
  • 2-3 days 25% + Next Day Air
  • 4-6 days 25% + 2nd Day Air
  • 10-12 days normal production time

Custom Dies

Camera ready artwork must be provided for dies to be made as a vector file, eps, ai, or pdf formats. If we need to reproduce your artwork there will be a $65.00 per hour charge for graphic design work.

Custom-Printed orders

Orders that require many changes or excessive copy need to be emailed, mailed, or faxed to us to reduce the possibility of error.

Request for Cancellation of Order

If any work in production has begun, you may NOT cancel order. If no work in production has started, customer must state confirmation of cancellation by letter stating job order number in be valid.

Ribbon Orders

Each order for less than 25 ribbons or less than $25.00 will be charged a $25.00 minimum charge
